1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.
- During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7-8 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- Track your order using the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive tracking information, check your spam folder or contact us at prismxparty@gmail.com.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
❌ Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
❌ Stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
❌ Carrier delays beyond our control.
However, we do provide a replacement or refund according to the customer’s preference, once we verify the proofs.

6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Customs processing times vary and may cause delays.
- We do not accept returns due to customs fees.

- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- We cannot make changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
