1. Order Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing an order, as production begins shortly after purchase.
  • If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us at prismxparty@gmail.com immediately.

2. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns as each item is made to order. However, we stand by our quality and offer a refund or a free replacement—based on the customer's preference— in specific cases.

You can request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged in transit.
  • The package is lost in transit.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • There are misprints or stains on the product.

To qualify, the issue must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Please email prismxparty@gmail.com with:
✔ Order number
✔ Clear photos of the issue
✔ A brief description of the problem
✔ Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)


3. Shipping & Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking code, which will be emailed once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as:
    • Courier service mishaps
    • Weather-related delays
    • Customs processing

4. Customs & Import Duties

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.
  • We have no control over customs delays and cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.
